Room was ideal for a family of 3. However the living area was dirty in places and looked like the table had not been cleaned or the living area hoovered for our arrival. Utensils still had food on in the drawers. No hot water on first morning but quickly rectified. Staff at partner hotel helpful however the pool that is available to use was dirty and in need of repair in many areas. Sauna out of use, jacuzzi out of use. Spiders in the changing area showers showing they had not been cleaned in a while. Apartment and hotel could be spot on but need to try harder especially for price paid.

We stayed in the ground floor apartment and it was very well equipped warm and clean considering it was a pet friendly apartment Good points hot tub and pool and cleanliness of apartment . Staff were friendly and polite on check in showing us to the apartment and info regarding parking. Bad points Only issue we found was the apartment isnt very accessible for disabled guests with mobility problems My daughter was on crutches and there are steps to the apartments and the hotel and we couldn't see a ramp or other entrance. She did manage fine though with help and it didnt really affect our stay. Would definitely stay here again

Very comfortable apartment. The 2nd bedroom was a bit cold. It would have helped if there were curtains & also a blind in the bathroom. A portable radiator gad been added so they were aware of the problem.

Good location for the south bay & spa area. Added bonus of the pool & spa area in the hotel. Bedrooms could benefit from curtains or black out blinds and the fire doors bang in other apartments which is quite noisey, but we have been twice & wouldnt hesitate to go back!

Lovely hotel and location

After a long day of travelling from Scotland and several train delays, the extra touches like juice and cupcakes for the kids and milk for our tea went down a treat, especially with the kids. Apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable, we booked a 2 night break, we even managed to go for a swim and sauna. Appreciated the cosy pillows on bed and cushions on the sofa, made it very easy to relax at the end of the day.

Location is superb, cliff lift across the road drops you onto the spa, spectacular views. Apartment was well equipped, hotel facilities were really good including the pool/spa etc. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Only knocks i can give are that the apartment wifi was really weak as was the tv signal meaning we couldnt watch anything in the evenings, apart from that fully recommend the apartments and hotel

Nice and easy check in ...the lady on reception was very helpful and friendly...the room was a large apartment and very clean and a high standard enough tea and coffee for your stay ... fresh cakes on arrival and a small bottle of milk ....swimming pool was nice...small but very child friendly.... Beautiful stay at these gorgeous sea view apartments. The hotel reception staff were so friendly and helpful and we had a lovely surprise of some delicious complimentary cupcakes when we entered the apartment. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay and for my elderly father-in-law who now struggles with stairs, the added bonus of a lift that takes you straight into the apartment. It’s also in a fabulous location overlooking South Bay with direct access to the Spa via the cliff lift handily located at the end of the road. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely stay again

Overall the apartment was lovely, the leisure facilities we're good as we had them to ourselves, but if I was to be picky the TV signal needs to be sorted out as only had about 6 channels to watch which was BBC1, BBC2, parliament and CBeebies and local Radio - not a great choice but made do. Parking was easy as on-street parking available at a cost of £2 50 for 2 days. Would certainly return in the future 😊

My husband & I stayed 4 days.The apartment was spotless.Beds very comfortable.Small park opposite so not overlooked.Kitchen well equipped although a few dishwasher tablets would’ve been welcome.Nice to have some tea bags/coffee/ sugar & milk very welcome on arrival.The lift goes straight into the apartment.For us an elderly couple it was appreciated although bear in mind there are a number of steps up to the front door,there is a hand rail.The Cliff Railway is at the bottom of the road.Easy access to the promenade.We throughly enjoyed our stay.
