Although this did not ruin stay, it altered our anticipated experience. We were not advised of the check in process by the booking agent. If we had known that our hosts were expecting us by a certain time, we would have let them know of our transport delays. We would most certainly return with family and friends. As the hosts, location and property were delightful."
