"We had a wonderful time staying at Countryside Florence Villa. Pool was an absolute highlight during the heatwave Italy was experiencing at the beginning of our trip. Also being nestled in the hills outside of Florence meant it was 5C cooler at the house than down in the City. The property itself is large and well looked after with lots of character - huge fireplaces, old wooden ceiling beams and tiled floors. "Staying at a villa and property like this was a dream come true. As you’ve read the pictures just do not do it justice. The view is spectacular. Our host was so charming and helpful. We had a cooking class with Jacopo from "Let's Cook" which was so much fun. We also did a Chianti Wine and Food Safari with Walkabout tours that was fantastic. All of Caterina suggestions were so helpful even down to the drivers she recommended. Having this Villa to come home to each night was the icing on the cake."

"This place could not be in a better location. You would never know that you are practically down town Florence while staying in this little oasis. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained were you wake up to the deer, pheasant, and ducks with your morning coffee. The stairs to the second story bedroom can be treacherous so be cautious going up and down and the upstairs bathroom is quite small, however the bottom bathroom makes up for it! Jannet went out of her way to help us organize a surprise birthday dinner for my husband, and I couldn't have done it without her! I would highly recommend the Villa - the location was perfect for accessing the many Tuscan villages. We were so sad to leave, but did so with wonderful and beautiful memories."

"I can’t say enough about this trip of a lifetime. The villa is spectacular. The staff are amazing. They planned an excellent birthday dinner in the courtyard, a cooking class and a fabulous lunch at the villa. All of the food was excellent. The property manager could not have done anything better. She made several reservations for us and even purchased a few things for my grandson to assure that his trip was special. We felt like royalty. We will be back!!"

Lorenzo was very attentive to our needs and very helpful in finding transportation when we wanted to go as a group to Sienna.
