LIGHT-FLOODED PENTHOUSE

The 104 sqm penthouse apartment is flooded with light and has a ceiling height of over 4 meters. The heart of the apartment is the light-flooded kitchen with fireplace.
The living room has a cozy couch from which you can enjoy the cozy fire of the fireplace and its cozy warmth on cooler days. In the entire penthouse you can use free, fast WiFi during your stay.
The kitchen of our Baltic Sea refuge Seestraße in beautiful Scharbeutz is equipped with high-quality Miele appliances and offers you every conceivable comfort. The kitchen island and the directly adjacent dining table invite you to socialize, so that cooking on your vacation also becomes relaxation. Spoil yourself and your loved ones with culinary delights or just enjoy an aperitif on the beautiful roof terrace before exploring the numerous restaurants in the heart of Scharbeutz - the choice is yours.
The spacious, over 50 sqm roof terrace invites you to relax with its south-west orientation. It has high-quality lounge furniture, a beach chair and a dining table. Two large sliding doors lead to the large roof terrace from both the kitchen and the living room. The Mediterranean planting gives you the feeling of being right on the beach.
In our penthouse apartment, two bright bedrooms await you, which are equipped with spacious, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, so that all your luggage can be stowed away properly and you feel right at home. A modern flat screen television provides for easy entertainment before bedtime.
The 1.80m wide box spring beds are also equipped with a topper to offer you the best possible sleeping comfort. There are also various pillows to choose from.
The bedrooms of your luxury holiday apartment in Scharbeutz are made for a relaxed breakfast. Or you can enjoy breakfast on our "breakfast balcony". With its eastward orientation, you can enjoy the sunrise and a view of the Baltic Sea from here.
Both bedrooms have a full bathroom. In one of the two bathrooms there is a small storage room where you can store your suitcases during your stay. You will also find a washer and dryer here. You can also experience your private wellness program in your own sauna in this bathroom.
In the sauna specially made by Klafs for this apartment, you can choose between sauna and sanarium (the gentle, circulation-friendly sauna) with relaxation music and aroma therapy. If you want, cozy bathrobes are ready for you.

Our penthouse apartment is located in the old center of Scharbeutz, about 700m from the beach. During the day you can enjoy the lively beach life and in the evening you can enjoy your sundowner on the roof terrace.
The apartment is furnished in a high 5 * standard. Bed linen and towels are a matter of course for us.
Since 01.06.2018 our apartment has been rated with 5 stars according to the DTV classification.

Tolles Penthouse

Sehr stylische Wohnung auf deren Dachterrasse man auch noch die letzten Sonnenstrahlen genießen kann. Uns hat es super gefallen.

Spontaner Ostseeurlaub

Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht (2 Tage vorher) und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Sauna ist etwas kleiner als man auf den Bildern erwarten könnte, aber trotzdem noch groß genug für zwei Personen. Ansonsten alles top mit reibungsloser Abwicklung. Großen Dank an die Vermieter und auch die Familie die sich vor Ort um alles gekümmert hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Vermieter bietet übrigens weitere Wohnungen im gleichen Stil an, dass sollte man vielleicht ins Inserat mit aufnehmen. Besten Dank und viele Grüße.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Am besten hat uns die große Dachterasse gefallen. Der Strand ist gut zu erreichen und Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Auto steht gut in der Tiefgarage, wir haben es kaum gebraucht.

Das Bescheibung des Objektes entspricht zur 100% der Realität. Alle beschrieben Annehmlichkeiten findet man vor Ort genauso wieder. Die Ausstattung ist auf 5* Niveau und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage des Objektest ist optimal, die Wohung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und dennoch erreicht man das Zentrum in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel 2021/2022 für 5 Tage dort und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ebenfalls sehr nett, zuvorkommend und freundlich war die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe durch Frau W. Was noch positiv zu erwähnen bleibt, ist die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern des Objektes. Auch hier Top! Vielen Dank, mit freundlichen Grüßen G.B

Hochwertige Wohlfühloase

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Scharbeutz und haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. An diesem Objekt ist jedes Detail hochwertig, man findet in Küche, Bad und im Wohnzimmer wirklich alles, was man benötigt - ohne Ausnahme. Die große Sonnenterrasse ist ein besonderes Highlight, aber auch bei schlechtem Wetter lässt es sich wunderbar drinnen aufhalten. Einzig der Weg vom Strand bergauf (zu Fuß oder mit Fahrrad) ist etwas mühsam, kann den Erholungswert dieser Wohnung aber nicht schmälern. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Gelungener Urlaub mit Familie

Der Gesamteindruck des Objektes ist hervorragend. Sehr großzügiges Penthouse mit sehr schöner Terrasse und zusätzlichem Balkon. Je nachdem. ob man Schatten oder Sonne wünscht, kann man Terrasse oder Balkon nutzen. Alles sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch in der offenen Küche, sind alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden, sodass man, falls man will, auch mal selbst kochen kann. Sehr schöne, getrennte Bäder mit großer Dusche und Fenster, direkt am jeweiligen Schlafzimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer, zusätzlich zum Wohnzimmer, mit Fernseher ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut, Aldi und mehrere Restaurants, gleich nebenan. Der Weg zum Strand dauert etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Ist für ältere Personen etwas beschwerlich, da man auf dem Rückweg die Strecke bergauf gehen muss. Ist aber durchaus zu schaffen. Insgesamt kann ich das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Reibungsloser Ablauf, gute Einweisung vor Ort mit vielen wertvollen Tips zur Urlaubsregion; tolle Wohnung mit großer Terrasse, komplette Kücheneinrichtung und gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Einkaufszentrum mit Bäcker etc um die Ecke. Drei Fahrräder gehören ebenfalls zur Wohnung, die wir intensiv genutzt haben, das Auto blieb fast die gesamte Zeit stehen.

Super ausgestattete und gepflegte Penthousewohnung, es fehlte an nichts. Der Aufzug ist auf Schlafmodus eingestellt, aber 2 Etagen kann man auch per Fuß gut bewältigen. Bei super Wetter haben wir die großzügige Dachterrasse mit Strandkorb, Möbeln und Schirm genossen. 100% Weiterempfehlung !

Traumhaftes Penthouse in wunderbarem Urlaubsort

Wir haben, zusammen mit unseren beiden Kinder, im April eine Woche Urlaub an der Ostsee verbracht. Das Penthouse hat uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Es ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Absolutes Highlight ist natürlich die großflächige und einladende Dachterrasse, sowie die Sauna, welche sehr zur Erholung beigetragen hat. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Eine Wohlfühloase der Premiumklasse

Wir haben im April 2018 einige Urlaubstage im Refugium Seestraße verbracht und - um es vorwegzunehmen - uns dort rundherum wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern im Vorfeld hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert und war sehr angenehm. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die moderne Ausstattung der Wohnung läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig, alles ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Gerade bei Schietwetter ein idealer Rückzugsort. Eine großzügige Dachterrasse lädt an warmen Tagen zum entspannten Ausklang eines schönen Sonnentage ein. Hierher würden wir jederzeit gerne wiederkommen, es hat uns (Familie mit 2 Kindern) wirklich toll gefallen. Für dieses Domizil vergeben wir sehr gerne 5 Sterne!

Modernes Wohlfühlambiente in super Lage

Das Penthouse ist top modern und glänzt mit einer modernen Architektur und Einrichtung. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und haben unsere Zeit nicht nur gerne draußen sondern auch im Apartment verbracht. Die Regenwald-Duschen und auch die Sauna haben sehr dazu beigetragen. Auch die Ausstattung wie Besteck, Küchengeräte und ähnliches, war super! Hier hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Ebenfalls vorbildlichst war der sehr nette Kontakt zu den Vermietern bzw. der Kontaktperson vor Ort. Wir empfehlen diese einzigartige Location auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen gerne wieder!
