"Welcome to the sleepy town of Luneburg. The room was very homey with a/c. This hotel is in a perfect location to go exploring on foot. The selection for breakfast has many good choices. I had the best schnitzel in the restaurant on this trip to Germany. Thankfully this charming town wasn’t destroyed by the war. "

"Loved our stay! Hotel is in a great location, staff were extremely friendly, especially during breakfast! The cook, and lady in charge of breakfast went above and beyond to provide me with food for my sick dog. Outstanding! Our room did face the front of the hotel, and they did have a loud party the first night, and of course like most hotels in Germany there was no AC, but despite that we had a great time, would definitely stay here again. "The location is great cute little shops in the area, also on street parking is not hard to find. Walkable and rooms are clean and good size. The staff is wonderful, they were very accomodative and excellent service. Highly recommended would be back if I’m in Hamburg again, also this location is even better than the location they have in Hamburg downtown although is on the outskirts. "

"Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen und unser Zimmer hatte eine Raumtemperatur von 28*C. Man erklärte uns, dass das fehlende Bauteil fehle und nur schwer beschaffbar ist. Ohne große Diskussion hat man uns als Ausgleich ein kostenfreies Getränk an der Bar angeboten. Das fanden wir korrekt und respektvoll. Überhaupt waren alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Da fühlte man sich wirklich als Gast und herzlich willkommen. "

"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. When we asked for soap to wash our hands in the bathroom, we were told there was no soap. Very unsanitary. In the pictures, coffee and tea packets were shown but none were in our room. There were no hangers in the closet, and no trash can in the bathroom. Also, please make a note that rooms do not have air conditioning. But even though the description says a no smoking premises, people were smoking near the door and the smell carried down the hallway. I would not stay here again."
