"Habitación amplia con buena cama. En la noche hacía mucho ruido no se si era el ac o que, pero era ruidosa. El AC se apagaba en la madrugada con lo cual hacía mucho calor y tenía que levantarme a encenderlo otra vez. Bien ubicado cerca al casco viejo"

"When I first arrived , I was a bit spooked because I had paid a high price for something akin to a Premier Inn/Campanile type hotel. I did buy into the concept but did so miss tea/coffee making facilities and a balcony. One I had settled , I loved the place and found the staff exceptional. What bowled me over was the spa and pools . Wow!! Absolutely second to none. The bar was very good drinkswise and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful ( particularly Bastien and Sami) The bar food was OK but lacked a bit of variety. If you did not want Pizza , there was very little else. The breakfast did not vary much . One day there were sausages , next day there were none. Needed a sports threrapy massage for my arthritic knees , and was asssured by a Manager and and a member of staff at the Nivea House that I could get one . I did feel very short changed by what was actually provided . Would stay again? Definitely - if only for the amazing spa"
