"If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

The communication with manager first starts with ai agent and then connects you to a human who simply tells you internet is fine and all their network devices are working. Also there is no towel exchange despite the fact we stayed for 5 nights. "

"Access to the flat is by codes sent by email, we got our codes the morning of the day of the start of our stay, as promised. The flat was clean, modern and in good condition and although it is some distance from the centre, it is very close to tram, bus, underground and the railway, making it extremely convenient.
