"Beautiful modern property inside the old town. Extremely comfortable stay. Staff are fantastic, breakfast was good, the breakfast area is small though so you have to decide your slot in advance - the early slot can get booked out so message them ahead of time if you need an early one (the day we arrived the next day’s early was already booked up for example). For me the bed and pillows were too soft but that’s just personal preference. Really liked the hotel, would happily stay again. "

My room was immaculate, overlooking the park, staff were exteremly friendly and one staff member how had just finsished his shift offered a tour of the facility and taught me tons of things about the area when he heard it was my first time visiting. "Centrally located right off the main square so we could see the market and beautiful view of the mountain. The room was very spacious with a large bed. We loved the historical feel of the place but had all modern amenities. There were a couple steep flights of steps which didn’t bother us but if you have knee problems/heavy suitcase be mindful of. I wouldn’t say that’s a deal breaker as it was easy for me but flagging for others who may. Definitely would go back due to the beautiful rooms, friendly staff, and perfect location."
"I recently stayed at Casa Barițiu for a week. The Superior Apartment includes a kitchen with utensils, a living room, bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom with a stand up shower. The decor is charming, and the property is beautiful.
It is situated directly across the street from the Old City Center, and is accessed through a coded gate leading to an alleyway.
The self check-in and check-out instructions were provided clearly through WhatsApp, and the owner was very responsive to messages. I didn’t realize I was one night short when booking the property, until they reached out to inform me when I hadn’t checked out yet. They resolved the situation in a kind and efficient manner. The staff who take care of the property during the day were also very friendly and accommodating in an unobtrusive way.
The property feels safe, quiet and private. There are many options for dining, shopping and experiencing Braşov. It is within walking distance to places like The Black Church, museums, and local shops.
