Cottage with a Large Garden: Falkenhaus Scheidegg

  • The Falkenhaus is a lovingly kept holiday home for exclusive use with a large garden – quietly located in a cul-de-sac in Scheidegg in the Western Allgäu. Room for family and friends: up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms plus a children's nook.

    THE HOUSE
    Built in 1959 as the private home of a local builder and modernised several times since. Parquet, stone tiles and wood-fibre flooring – almost exclusively natural materials. Cosy reading corner, spacious dining area with a long table for up to 8 people overlooking the garden, modern kitchen, newly renovated bathroom (2021) and toilet (2026). A wood-burning stove provides warmth and relaxation. Modern, eco-friendly condensing central heating, hot water additionally from solar energy. Free Wi-Fi.

    SLEEPING
    - Two spacious bedrooms (ground floor and upper floor), each with a double bed (1.80 m wide)
    - One bedroom (upper floor) with a pull-out bed for up to two people
    - Children's nook (upper floor) with a loft bed for two children (2 beds, each 0.90 x 1.80 m) – and of course toys
    - Baby changing table in the upper-floor bedroom; travel cot and extra beds on request

    KITCHEN AND DINING
    Kettle, toaster, Nespresso capsule machine with milk frother, oven with child lock, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and Italian espresso maker. A small selection of spices, vinegar, oil, salt and sugar is provided. Two children's chairs available.

    BATHROOM
    Spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet, plus a separate toilet. Washing machine and dryer in the basement.

    OUTDOORS
    Large garden with two terraces, garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. For children: swing, slide, playhouse and lots of space to play. In winter, two sledges are available on request. Parking directly on the property.

    LOCATION
    Shops and the village centre are just a few minutes' walk away. The Skywalk Allgäu treetop walk is only a short drive away, the Oberallgäu can be reached in about 15 minutes and Lake Constance (Lindau or Bregenz) in about 20 minutes. Welcome to Bavaria, welcome to the Allgäu!

Wunderbare Ferien

Wir waren das erste Mal als Patchworkfamilie unzerwegs und konnten unseren Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus geniessen!Es war für jeden genug Platz,der Garten bot viel Raum zum Ausruhen! Das Ferienhaus liegt super um viele Angebote in der Region wahrzunehmen egal ob Sommer oder Winter! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
