"Close to train station but the room was so hot at night. I asked staff to turn the air down but we didn’t get no response."

"Requested a quiet room as hotel in a very busy social area, the room we had had no outside noise at all 👍. It was clean and had everything you would need for an overnight stay. Paintwork needed a bit of a touchup. Bed was extremely comfy. The staff were all great, polite, friendly and helpful. Will stay again next time in Brussels."
