"Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig außerhalb des Ortes. Im letzten Jahr sind zwei neue Außen-Pools hinzugekommen. Außerdem kam am Naturteich das Haus am See mit Saunen und einem kleinen Servicebereich hinzu, wo man am Nachmittag Kleinigkeiten essen kann. Die finnische Sauna hätte etwas größer sein können, da sie im Gegensatz zu Dampfbad, Kräuterstube und Infrarotkabine natürlich am meisten genutzt wird. "Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, alles fußnah zu erreichen. Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist der Pool-/Schwimmbereich nicht vom Saunabereich getrennt, weshalb der Lautstärkepegel sowohl im Saunabereich als auch im Ruhebereich regelmäßig hoch war. Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. "Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"
