We are only a short Uber drive to the River’s Casino, the hospital and near hiking trails.

★Laundry Use★
Please note that we have a washer and dryer on site that is located in the common hallway area. It is a shared washer/dryer for all of our guests.
★ Before You Book ★
We are located in the heart of a downtown city area which means the building is susceptible to loud noises, sirens, music, anything you would typically find in a downtown city area. This charming historical building is also 125 years old with thinner walls.
Please be aware that this is a vibrant and lively location especially on weekends. If you are looking for a quiet stay, this may not be the best option for you.
-Please note that we DO NOT have parking on the premises. There is paid street parking available and we will provide apps and parking instructions to make your experience more convenient.
-This is a 3 story building so there are short flights of stairs.
-We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. Any indication of smoking will result in a $500 smoke removal & clean up fee.
