"1. Floors wet when we arrived because they had just been mopped. There was water oozing from the flooring in the kitchen. When dry the floors were sticky.2. The bathroom sink barely drained. We finally just used the kitchen sink. The shower drained better but stillstanding in water while showering.3. "I loved the location! Easy to get to and loved the neighborhood. Was a great place for us to stay while visiting my son in college. Would stay here again. "

"Even though the building was older in age inside the apartment was looking new. Communication with owner was good. The air conditioning unit was not strong enough for the entire apartment and sleeping was warm even with fans provided. The check out time on site was 11am but was asked to leave by 10 am. "Do not stay at this property! I was notified that there was no electric in the kitchen 3 hours before checking in. It was my son’s graduation and there were no other places to go so we had to go there. They sent an electrician in to fix it which I was happy with their efforts. What I wasn’t happy about is that 1 full day we didn’t have electric in the kitchen and they refunded me only $50! One reason I booked it was so I could cook meals for my family, but we had to go out instead & spread...

"This property is in a great location. It is located near many shops and restaurants and is in a great part of town. The property was clean and was perfect for a weekend visit visiting my friends with my little one. Communication with the host was very easy and they are very responsive. Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in the Schenectady, NY area"
