This is an old but lovely property, the room could get an update. For us as a family with two young kids it has everything we needed. The pool was great and open from 8-22, so perfect. Great value for the price

The hotel room has no WIFI coverage at all. Can only go downstairs for internet, room facilities are very basic. The restaurant downstairs is good.

Not truly family-friendly – disappointing stay. We booked this hotel because it claimed to be family-friendly, but it was a big letdown. The pool was out of order (without any warning), and with it, the sauna was unavailable too — a major reason we chose this place. The “playground” they promised in the listing? Not at the hotel. It’s somewhere in the village, which isn’t the same thing. Our room faced the main street, making it noisy at night, and the blackout curtains left a huge 50 cm gap — so forget about proper sleep. If you’re looking for a relaxing, family-friendly stay, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Mi experiencia no fue lo que esperaba y lamentablemente fue decepcionante por varias razones. Elegimos este hotel principalmente por la alberca, pero al llegar nos informaron que estaba cerrada por orden sanitaria. Esto no fue comunicado previamente ni por el hotel ni a través de Expedia, lo cual fue muy frustrante porque era el motivo principal de nuestra reserva. Además, la conexión WiFi en nuestra habitación era prácticamente inexistente. No pudimos conectarnos y tuvimos que usar datos móviles en roaming, lo que generó un gasto adicional. Respecto al desayuno, en Expedia se indicaba un precio de 12.50 € por adulto y 5 € por niño. Sin embargo, en el establecimiento nos informaron que el precio era de 15 € por adulto y 8 € por niño. Esta diferencia no fue explicada claramente y genera desconfianza. También tuvimos dificultades de comunicación, ya que nadie del personal hablaba inglés, solo alemán, lo que complicó cualquier intento de resolver las situaciones mencionadas. En cuanto a la habitación, el baño no estaba en condiciones adecuadas de limpieza. Había suciedad proveniente de la cañería y restos de jabón seco acumulado en el lavamanos. En general, faltó transparencia, mantenimiento y una atención más resolutiva. Esperábamos una experiencia acorde al precio pagado y no fue así.

Tolles Hotel mit schönen Restaurant und Pool

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen. Man kann sich in Ruhe erholen und bei einen Besuch im Restaurant den Abend ausklingen lassen. Preise und Angebot vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Sprung in den Pool lädt zum gemütlichen Schwimmen ein.

Kamers waren erg gehorig we hadden ook nog eens de pech dat we onder de trap sliepen dus elke keer als iemand de trap op en af liep werden we wakker. Het zwembad was cloudi en de service in het restaurant was bagger. Ze zijn heel langszaam, ik moest op begevevn moment een half uur wachten op de rekening en uiteindelijk na een half uur kwam ze naar ons toe dat we vooraan moesten betalen?? en ze waren met veel te weinig mensen. Het eten was wel lekker. Voor dat ene nachtje wat ik verbleef was het okee maar ik zou dit NOOIT meer boeken.

Dörflich gelegener Ort, neben einer Kirche gelegen. Die Betten haben sehr weiche Matratzen, Zimmerservice kam nicht zum sauber machen trotz Schild an die Türe hängen, wir mussten selbst Toilettenpapier an der Rezeption holen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und in Ordnung teils schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Poolbereich war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war okay aber Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war zu unangemessen. Das Essen im Restaurant war top.

Die Zimmer sind typisch 3 Sterne-Hotel. Also völlig in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war auch sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffett hatte alles was wir mochten. Brötchen, Toastbrot, Müsli, Cerealien, Eier, Käse, Wurst, Joghurt, frisches Obst und süße Aufstriche. Kaffee, Tee, Säfte und Milch. Für uns völlig ausreichend. Das Restaurant ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Am Aqua-Fitness haben wir auch teilgenommen. Super Trainerin.
