In ogni caso la recensione negativa è strettamente legata ad una esperienza successiva, in cui una prenotazione effettuata tramite sito è stata annullata per overbooking a causa della totale incompetenza del personale nel riuscire a gestire questo tipo di piattaforme di prenotazione. Il tono utilizzato dal gestore è sembrato del tutto inadeguato alla situazione e sembrava scaricare la colpa sul cliente intimandomi (con toni tutt'altro che gentili) di cancellare...

"Appartamento posto in un palazzo in pieno centro storico, palazzo in fase di ristrutturazione. Silenzioso e ben riscaldato. A parte un problema iniziale dovuto alla mancanza della biancheria letto per il terzo ospite, prontamente risolto, il resto del soggiorno ė andato bene. Personale reception gentile e disponibile sin dal primo approccio via email. Risposte veloci e chiare. Bilocale arredato e completo di utensili da cucina, per un soggiorno senza tante pretese. Avendo una cucina...
