"2nd time staying here. Both times were in their premium "panoramic suite" - We will not be back. This not even CLOSE to a "4-star" hotel. The first time we stayed was May 2022 - It was "okay". The reception was helpful. There was an issue with the front door to the building, and some of the cabinet doors were hanging off in the kitchen. Otherwise, ok. A bit overpriced, but ok.
This time (September 2022), we arrived, no reception on site whatsoever. The front security door to the hotel is...
