"When we arrived early, our room was not ready, so we explored the town. On returning, the receptionist was not very welcoming. Earlier, Delilah had kindly approved our use of the disabled parking space, but during check-in the receptionist questioned this and checked our blue badge himself, which felt uncomfortable.
There were also issues with the room keys. Three of us stayed in the room, but we were first given only one key. After requesting another, my key still only worked for the main entrance and not the room, which caused inconvenience later.
The room itself was below expectations. The carpet looked dirty, and there was no mirror outside the bathroom. On the positive side, breakfast was decent, and Delilah was very helpful throughout our stay. Another staff member with long hair also kindly helped resolve an issue with someone parking in the disabled bay.
Overall experience was disappointing."
