"The bar was broken. Could not pour a Heineken. Barman was fully occupied with this problem and therefore was very inattentive wrt ordering food, printing off a receipt. Room 429 has black marks all over the wall behind the sink. Bed and floor were clean"

"It was ok; nothing spectacular considering this is Sheraton. Amenities would be better than average. Abit disappointed to be given a low floor with no view even though I requested high floor with view at point of booking - and it was only for one night, so my guess is they could not care less even ..."
