"Room was fine,for the 2 nights I stayed only bottle of water,no tea or coffee in room,no local amenities available to use. Definitely have to be a driver to stay at Aparthotel,otherwise taxi to airport train station, or taxi to Leipzig centre very expensive. Overall not impressed at all,room ok,staff invisible,only fit for a night's sleep."

"Excellent hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants. Check-in was quick, and the facilities were well maintained."

"They didn’t provide the correct type of room, and there was no way to resolve the issue because they have no staff on site. Their support phone number was just a recording that hung up after it played. I ended up having to sleep in my car. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling, and bugs on the floor."
