The "Rubin" is a 2-room apartment with a total area of 50 square meters, situated on the 1st floor. The living/sleeping room features a double sofabed, a dining table, a dining nook, and cable TV, with access to the balcony. There is also a separate room with a double bed, which also has an exit leading to the balcony. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The apartment is designed with bright, modern, and stylish furnishings. It offers underfloor heating for your comfort. The balcony is furnished, allowing you to enjoy the marvellous panoramic views of the mountains, the valley, and Schladming. For families with young children, a children's high chair and a baby cot are available. Internet access is provided free of charge via WiFi. Additionally, a reserved parking space for one car is available at the property. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and a smoke alarm is installed.
