"We totally lucked in with finding the Klosterhotel. The hotel is traditional and beautiful in every way, and very reasonably priced for the location. The restaurant and breakfast were excellent. The kloster complex across the street was a special treat. Our only regret was that we didn’t book for a longer stay."

"Just came down for one night but enjoyed the spa facilities. Buffet dinner was good for the money and hotel was very pleasant with modern decor styling. Bring your rubber pool slides as quite expensive to buy from hotel shop on a Sunday if you forget them !I would like to come back to stay on a ski holiday. Very friendly people in town and had a great time going up the Zugspitze . "

"We stayed at Quellenhof Hotel 3 times during the weeks we visited our son in Garmisch. Each time we stayed on a different floor - every floor has a beautiful view of the Alps! The rooms were always clean. Be careful to adjust the shower curtain just right or water will leak onto the floor. I encourage everyone to stay here! Ask for the bus pass while you stay. Grainau has great restaurants and shops! Beautiful village!"

"This is an authentic Austrian guesthouse with so much character and charm. We loved everything about it!! The staff were wonderful and even accommodated my brothers gluten free dietary requirements. Don’t hesitate to book this amazing place surrounded by the Alpes and meadows covered in wildflowers. It’s only a short drive to Mittenwald . We had half board and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and excellent dinner. I give it 10/10"
