"It was a very nice place. My only issues were the beds were very hard and uncomfortable and nobody brings clean towels every day unless I asked for them, then when I asked I didn't get enough for 5 people. Everything else was very nice."

"The staff was awesome! So helpful and friendly. The location was awesome…so close to the things that we wanted to do. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It is very family friendly and I will choose this hotel again when traveling to Williamsburg!"
