4 to 12 people, ski vacation, hiking vacation, cultural vacation, quiet dreamlike location

8/10 Good

"Hi, Firstly, it would be really helpful to have a card machine available to collect payments for city tax, laundry charges and any other additional expenses at the end of the stay. Secondly, the security deposit being requested in cash was quite inconvenient. It would be much easier if this could be included in the initial payment or paid separately by bank transfer. Having to arrange cash again is particularly difficult for guests who are used to cashless payments. I would strongly recommend offering card payments or bank transfers for these additional charges and deposits. It would make the whole process much more convenient and guest-friendly."

"We came with our dog and we received such a warm welcome at the reception. It continued in our room, when there was a full bag of treats waiting for him. That little detail made our day! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and the panoramic sauna was breathtaking. We will definitely be back!"

Zillertal Suites Fügen by ALPS RESORTS

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean, modern, and very well equipped. The location was fantastic — within easy walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores, while also being a great base for exploring the surrounding area and taking day trips. We especially enjoyed the spa facilities, which were a wonderful bonus after a day of sightseeing. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!"

8/10 Good

"Great apartment equipped with most things. Parking onsite and close to supermarkets and easy transport links to roads and trains. Things to note, it is as described and shown in images however reality the glass walls of the toilet and shower arent great when travelling as a family. Also there are payable laundry facilities but only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the whole apartment block making it difficult to get a space as demand was quite high. However i would recommend this property as had a pleasant stay"
