"I cannot recommend Schnatterhof enough, especially for anyone traveling solo! I was traveling through Austria alone and speak essentially no German, so staying somewhere rural was a little intimidating at first. The family here went completely above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and could enjoy my stay. They helped me arrange a horseback riding experience nearby, which ended up being one of the absolute highlights of my entire trip to Austria. They even helped me figure out how to get there, and when it was time for me to leave, they personally drove me to the train station so I wouldn’t have to struggle with transportation and my luggage. That level of kindness meant so much to me as a solo female traveler. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, the animals and countryside made the experience feel incredibly special, and the food was AMAZING. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and I loved being able to experience a quieter, more rural side of Austria after spending time in the cities. What I will remember most, though, is how genuinely kind and helpful everyone was. Even with the language barrier, I never felt like I was on my own or that asking for help was a problem. I came here hoping for a unique farm stay and left with one of my favorite experiences from my entire trip. If you’re considering staying here — book it. I would absolutely stay again. ❤️🇦🇹"

"Très bel hôtel, propre et bien entretenu. Salle de bain neuve avec toutes les commodités. Très bon déjeuner complet. Check-in par nous-mêmes très facile et la machine est en plusieurs langues. Nous étions à vélo et pas d’endroit sécurisé pour les mettre. Seulement un support à vélo dehors au garage. Nous avons barré nos vélos là et à notre surprise le lendemain le support avait été déplacé avec nos vélos. Heureusement qu’ils n’ont pas été brisés."
