The "Ferienwohnung Seewaldstraße" vacation rental is located in a house built in 2019, on the top floor of the building in Schluchsee—BLASIWALD. Blasiwald is located at the southern end of Lake Schluchsee, about 500 meters from the dam.

The vacation rental features 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a 1.80 by 2.00-meter bed, and the smaller bedroom has 2 single box-spring beds (0.90 x 2.00 meters), which can also be used as a double bed.

The heart of the vacation rental is the spacious living area (33 square meters), which combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
The Smart TV allows you to watch not only regular TV but also Netflix.

In addition, both the bathroom (including a washing machine) and the kitchen are fully and high-quality equipped.
In the kitchen, you’ll find, among other things: a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a SodaStream carbonator, a fully automatic coffee machine, a high-quality knife block, a blender, a toaster, a microwave, an egg cooker, and many other highlights.

Both in summer and winter, the Upper Black Forest offers countless opportunities for leisure activities.
In addition to the activities offered by the Upper Black Forest’s beautiful natural surroundings—such as hiking, biking, swimming, cross-country skiing trails, downhill slopes, etc., the popular “tourist destinations” such as Titisee or Hinterzarten—20–25 km away—are easily accessible by car, and the Seebrugg train station, just 4 km away, can be reached by train.

In addition to the booking price, the standard local tourist tax (Kurtaxe) of €2.20 per person per night applies to guests aged 16 and older. For children ages 6 through 16, the tourist tax is €1 per person per night. The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.
