"I really enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I stayed 2 nights in the single twin room and felt it was the perfect size and a great deal for one person. The bathroom was a little small but not a big deal for a couple nights. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Laudinella. Rabat at reception was particularly helpful and welcoming, and Fatima, who was on duty at night, was lovely. Another receptionist in the evening was less helpful. The transfer service was good, which was useful as the hotel is quite far from the town centre. The information about the amenities could have been clearer. At reception, we were told that the Jacuzzi and gym cost extra. The public facilities offered as an alternative were around ten minutes away and did not suit our needs. Overall, a lovely hotel and an enjoyable stay, but clearer information about the facilities and friendlier service from the restaurant staff would improve the experience."

"Nice location and clean rooms with a balcony. Had partial views of the water which I wish we were higher but is what it is. Staff was pleasant but very basic on the things to do. Simply pointed to the center to walk to infront or to the left to the mountain. Would have loved a little more insight. Thank goodness for Google. this time of the year not much going on there. Very beautiful tho."

"This hotel was everything and even more that we could have asked for. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the newer building of the hotel which, which was a lovely surprise when we got there. The check in process was so smooth, and every one was so polite and helpful. The staff provided recommendations in the city of things to do, and places to go in the surrounding area. Our room was great: clean, comfortable, great shower, and a nice view to go a long with it. The breakfast spread was so good, so much selection - which definitely kept us fuelled for most of the day as we explored the town. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"The hotel is older but most of it has been renovated. We just stayed one night before we went to Tirano on the train. The room was clean and the hotel was close to the train station. We dealt with a young woman on the desk in the morning and she was polite and helpful. I also thought I had left something in the room and when I phoned they were very willing to go check for it. They promptly phoned back and let me know it wasn’t there. Thankfully I found I had packed it in a different place"
