"This historic palace of empress Victoria is beyond exceptional. The grounds were pristine with trees from all over the world. The palace is full of oil paintings, stained glass and exquisitely carved furniture. The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds, a two person bathtub and music in the bathroom. Wrist band allows room access and spa and sauna access, that was really convenient. If therme spa is busy, it can be difficult to get into the parking lot. Hotel and spa are in what looks like a commercial area, it’s not overly attractive. No nice views from the rooms. "
