"We had a very pleasant stay. We had a Studio Suite with 2 Qn beds and sofa bed. I have nothing negative to say. Hotel is at a nice and safe location; it has clean and very spacious room with full kitchen, good customer service, great breakfast buffet. Cathy, the supervisor, was very nice, helpful and accommodating. We will stay here again on our next trip to Louisville."

"The strawberries at breakfast were rotten, the facility spread cleane at first but when you look it is not very clean. The tub felt weird to my feet, when i looked down there was peeling paint . The staff was nice but that’s about it, definitely not worth the money we spent unfortunately"

"Nice hotel, had issues with coffee pot would not work in room. Went down at 6:00 to get coffee and was not fresh was cold and appeared from previous day. Asked front desk when it would be ready and she said they’ll get to it."
