Villa Marga/Jenner apartment was very nice and well maintained. The appliances were almost new and worked very well. The only drawback were the floors as all the floors in all the rooms were noisy and squeaked, making walking very loud. But we would rent again.

Die Ferienwohnung hatte einige gravierende Mängel, die unseren Aufenthalt leider getrübt haben. Die Kurtaxe wurde bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt, sondern erst bei der Bezahlung automatisch hinzugefügt – ohne Wahlmöglichkeit. Vor Ort stellte sich heraus, dass wir sie nirgendwo einlösen konnten. Für uns wirkte das wie eine nicht nachvollziehbare Zusatzgebühr ohne Gegenleistung. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: In fast jedem Zimmer befanden sich Spinnweben mit Spinnen in den Ecken, was einen ungepflegten Eindruck hinterließ. Zusätzlich waren die Böden extrem laut und haben stark gequietscht – so laut, dass nachts beim Gang zur Toilette alle davon wach wurden. Das war wirklich störend und beeinträchtigte den Schlaf deutlich. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die wunderschöne Aussicht, die wir an klaren Tagen sehr genossen haben – wenn es nicht gerade geregnet oder stark bewölkt war (wobei das Wetter natürlich niemand beeinflussen kann). Außerdem war die Kommunikation sehr gut: Unsere E-Mails wurden schnell beantwortet, und auf Hinweise zu beschädigten Einrichtungsgegenständen wurde hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert reagiert. Das fanden wir sehr angenehm. Fazit: Trotz freundlicher Kommunikation und schöner Aussicht können wir die Unterkunft in ihrem derzeitigen Zustand leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, dass Haus liegt super für Unternehmungen.Bushaltestelle in 5 Fußminuten zu erreichen.Schöner Ausblick auf die Berge, vom Balkon und Garten.Sehr ruhige Lage.

Great Hideaway

Great location, newer appliances, nice rooms and a great little grill and patio. Only drawback was that all the floors and every board squeaked horrendously. If anyone walked at night it would wake them up.
