I f you need a getaway from the city’s busy life that’s your place! Staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional, always happy to provide any help customers may need. I didn’t have a pet but I met many clients with their dogs. "

"De kamer en het sanitair waren schoon. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behupzaam. Ondanks dat er een lift aanwezig is moesten wij,om in onze kamer te komen, toch nog trappen lopen wat voor ons moeizaam is gezien onze leeftijd(richting de tachtig)"

We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "Het eten in het restaurant was uitstekend.Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.Burg-Reuland is een mooie streek om te wandelen. Badkamer is klein om je te kleden. Negatief was dat je in de kamers langs het zwembad gewoon geen internet hebt.In het hoofd gebouw heb je wel internet."
