"Excelente localização otimas instalações, cama confortável e próximo do Cais Mauá.
Sempre tem um parinete em frente para deslocamentos de curta distância.
O único problema é o chuveiro. Apesa de ter excelente pressão não esquenta."
"There is a very long online check in process where they request all your documents to be scanned and uploaded, including a selfie. This is supposed to be used for facial recognition to access the building and common areas such as the pool and gym. "I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good for me. The only thing I would change is having a coffee pot or at least some pour over equipment so you can make your own coffee. There is a gas stove to heat water, but no way to make coffee, although they provide coffee cups."

"The hotel was modern and very clean. The front desk staff and the concierge were amazing, they were very friendly and responsive.
The location is excellent, you have shopping right next to the hotel and there's another mall almost across the street.
The view from the room was great, I had a great view of Guaiba Lake.
We paid for valet parking and it was worth it, never a problem. Just park in front of the hotel and turn in your keys.
I highly recommend The DoubleTree Hotel in Porto Alegre. I will be staying there the next time I visit Porto Alegre,"
"Pillows were stained, and smelly, sheets had hair and room service was non existent, breakfast was always the same items, loud air conditioning. Also everyone hears everything outside the rooms due to poor insulation on walls. Overall a poor experience. "
