"Das Chalet war in Ordnung. Sauberkeit war auch ok. Leider nur etwas klein für 4 Personen. Wenn man was mit kleinen Kindern unternehmen möchte muss man halt immer weitere Strecken mit dem Auto fahren. Möglichkeiten für die Kinder gab es aber genug um einen schönen Urlaub zu haben."

"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"
