Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. "Very nice view and inexpensive stay relative to other options in the area. Seems to be more directed to younger family or those participating in rafting or other activities. Our family of 5 with 3 teens was a little cramped in a small cabin. Breakfast and bar offered but quite pricey for such a small town."

"Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, mit SEHR freundlichem Personal in allen Bereichen. Komfortable und moderne Zimmer, die ausreichend gross sind. Alles ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Der Wellnessbereich ist ausreichend gross und vor allem der Pool ist eine tolle Möglichkeit die müden Beine nach dem vielen Wandern auszuruhen. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen - ein rundherum gelungener Wanderurlaub in einem sehr guten Hotel. Wir kommen gerne bald wieder."

"This place is next level. Bath robes and sandals. Heaven.
Just reading the amenities list sounds like a mini theme park. And it delivers!!! The pools are by far the best attraction in the summer. Indoor or outdoor, you can take your pick. But so tranquil and relaxing. And a pool that has a cave with a jacuzzi on top is not over exaggerating.
The meals are fantastic as well. You walk in to dinner or breakfast and the smells pull you in. Then the spread and flavor make it amazing. And those...
