"Upon our arrival at the hotel my family and I was amused with the massive ground floor area/reception and the natural light coming from high ceiling design of the hotel. Clean and relaxing reception area with sofa and leather chairs to sit comfortably whilst waiting to check in. But we took a while for us to get our room keys because of long registration and confirmation process and in the end staff reception managed to sort out everything. Our accommodation a quadruple room had a 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a bunk bed attached to the wall over the double bed. Bed is comfy but with 1 pillow each bed only and a comforter blanket. The airconditioning is so weak to cool down the entire room, Toilet and shower is separate closet, clean and hot/cold water easy to use and operate. Kettle is available with few sachets of coffee, teas and sugar provided. Small mini fridge available only to cool down few drinks to fit inside and took to long time cooling drinks. Room cleaning service only comes to collect rubbish bin, dirty towels on the floor and fold blankets. I noticed they don’t clean the floors or wash cups/glasses and top up coffee/tea and sugar sachets. Overall we are satisfied and recommend this hotel. Staff are helpful giving directions for using public transport. We did not try the buffet breakfast and parking so I cannot make any comments. DANKE Jufa Hotel Wein City"

"The only issue I had is that I booked a room facing the courtyard and got street-view instead...the staff said that even if it is written on the website it isn't sure until you check in. Lucky - the room is very sound proff and I was able to sleep very good despite the outdoor traffic... Other than that the hotel is amazing, great location and looks great."

"4 nights stay in Trend Hotel and it was quite functional and well located. Best part is the service and the staff were all very polite and accomodating every day. Gabriella in the moser restaurant was our favourite, always cheerful and so very kind. The breakfast was fabulous and we thought this is a strong point for the hotel. Thank you we will stay again someday"
