"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. Top Schönberg Hotel Reviews

Premier Inn Hamburg City Berliner Tor

Premier Inn Hamburg City Berliner Tor

8/10 Good
"No telephone connection to Reception. No emergency pull cord in bathroom. These are both important for older guests, who might need to contact someone in an emergency, for example, in case of falling in their room. Reception staff were helpful and gave me a telephone number to call if needed, but until that point, as an older person, albeit a very fit one, I felt unsafe at night. Terrible location, given all the road works nearby."
