"Beautiful hotel but the air conditioning doesn’t function at night (??cost saving) and our windows opened on to a noisy roadway so we had to decide between it being too hot or too noisy. Great breakfast, helpful staff and convenient location near the metro and a mall."

"It was easy to get to the U1 and then to central Vienna. We had no trouble going to the Opera House and the chapel for Sunday Mass sung by the Vienna Boys Choir. The staff were so helpful. The luggage room was especially handy as we had time to waste between check-out and our cruise joining time. This is a hotel I would recommend."

"Beautiful hotel located in a central location. Close to major attractions, shops and restaurants. Staff is helpful and friendly. We were assisted from beginning to end. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. A few steps of stairs going to the elevators can be a bit tough when you have heavy luggages but tolerable. You can ask the reception to assist for this small issue. Breakfast buffet is perfect with many selections - love the standby cook who will prep eggs however you like! I highly recommend this hotel when in Vienna!"
