Lovely traditional German hotel with delicious food in a beautiful setting on the edge of the woods where you can spend hours walking and hiking. Our room may be been considered a mini suite, as it contained a very spacious sitting area as well as a balcony. We enjoyed the gourmet restaurant very much (reservations needed) but even the regular restaurant was delicious. The hotel also offers a special pass which allows you to travel by bus and train all around the area for free, including...

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. This is the quintessential German resort hotel, unbelievable property that has us finding new rooms and experiences each day. In the middle of hiking country with e-bikes easily rented. The food and service was impeccable, can’t speak more highly!

Very comfortable hotel and the restaurant was fantastic. Stayed 2 nights and would definitely return if I am in the area again.
