"We had a great time in Ghent. The apartment was small but clean and newly renovated. The location was a buzzy student area with lots of bars and fast food outlets, which was fun, but could get a little rowdy on weekend evenings. Buses into the centre or to the train station were a few minutes walk away. (Different directions) The Belgian people that we met were kind hearted and generous of spirit."

"The apartment was spacious with a well equipped kitchen & beautiful view of the Leie River. We watched a storm roll in and even saw a rainbow over the canal, it was magical! The location was perfect, close to all the attractions, running along Leie river, & restaurants galore. Be sure to eat at the restaurant below the property, Otium. It was excellent, the pasta & desserts were delicious! Dritan was a wonderful host & made sure we had everything we needed. We miss Ghent already & hope to...

"The apartments are more like a cheap hostel. The quality of the building and linens were both subpar. Here are some of the issues my family noticed during our stay: 1. no hand towels provided, only one shower towel per person. 2. all of the units’ drawers/shelves were broken/inoperable3. pictures from the listing are very misleading, for example, the rooms are lacking bedside tables, pillows, throws, etc from photos.
