"The check in is through the restaurant and up a few flights of spiral staircase. Staff was very quick to assist with luggage carrying. Parking is non-existent at the hotel. Not easy to find door and where to park while you check in. Restaurant closed Monday and Tuesday so we couldn’t talk to anyone face to face about our Wednesday arrival. Emailed and we received a quick and accurate response on what to do upon our arrival. Room was wonderful, clean and cozy."
