"The room was very nice clean and spacious had a great view of the lake we did have to ask for water each day and would have liked some decaf tea bags and more gluten free chose on the breakfast buffet most of the staff were very helpful and friendly it was great for the bus stop and for swimming in the lake as there are steps right across from the hotel"

"The Ludo is very central within old town Lucerne. The room was a good size with the bunk beds providing enough space for adult children to crawl into. The best bit was having a laundry room onsite after 10 days travelling. A lovely lady would help you and you could also grab a coffee. A great addition!"

"The hotel lobby is elegant but relaxing. The staff are all super nice and attentive. The rooms are a bit basic but very clean and comfortable. Windows open wide which gave a nice breeze at night. Location is great. Just outside of old town. It’s far enough not to hear noise all night but close enough to easily walk to anyplace we needed to go. Buffet breakfast was really good in an elegant dinning room looking out at the mountains and lake!"
