The location is convenient right by the train station, but somehow on our balcony all we could hear were the sounds of the birds and the breeze. The room was spacious and comfortable. "The view from this hotel is why you want to come here, and it does not disappoint. It is truly amazing! Staff was nice and check-in was easy but it is definitely a trek if you are wanting to explore Lucerne and use this as a home base. Without a car it is about a 1 hour trip via public transport. And Ubers/Taxis will run you north of $150 to/from Lucerne."
