"We were in town for a tournament at In the Net and this was exactly what we needed. It was a short drive (~18 min) on beautiful scenic roads to the games. Little house on Lincoln was comfortable and peaceful when we wanted to be away from the high energy of competitive sports. Everything you could need was on site and the host was so easy to reach. The noise from trucks noted in other reviews is accurate AND we just used some while noise to drown it out a bit. It was better than slamming hotel...

"Black Diamond Retreat was a wonderful place for a family gathering. Both indoor and outdoor areas were spacious and gave everyone room to spread out and wander. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit every evening and playing corn hole and bocci outside as well. Even though it seemed we were away in the middle of nowhere and very quiet, town was only a short drive away. Some of us did take and enjoy the Yuengling Brewery tour. "There are no surprises, the description of the house is spot on. It's tiny, but we knew that. It's cute. The ladder to the loft bed is a little concerning, but that added to the adventure of the weekend."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Manor so much. There were 5 adults and 2 children in our group. The weather put a damper on our visit but we were still able to enjoy the peace and the views around the home. The kids had their pony rides and we were able to meet all the horses they have saved. The home is beautiful and well kept. Communication with the owner was SO easy and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"Backyard was great for letting the dog off leash. There was plenty of space to lounge. Convenient to Reading Hospital. Neighborhood not a desired place to walk about but the convenience and the clean decor was nice."

"It’s a little house/ camper on the farm property. If you don’t mind glamping camper style- you’ll be fine. The deck was really cute to hang out on and it had a great view. The hot tub is not at the little house- it’s at the main house. We drove to it (mainly because it was chilly at night but can be walkable.) The rooms were very small, studio apartment like but still very cute. It had all the essentials and we were very happy with it. "
