The room, hospitality of staff, spa (Stefani for massage and the whole sauna area), breakfast (especially the omelette chef-best omelette ever), and location with proximity to the lake and historic castles. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to visiting other Ameron resorts in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ameron Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort. The room was absolutely beautiful—elegantly designed, comfortable, and with breathtaking views of the Alpsee. The staff went above and beyond, especially Tomy at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast each morning was a treat—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting this area.
