The sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable, (just putting that out there if the owners wanted to address this in the future) but my daughter managed."

Grocery stores also very close. A good choice of restaurants can be found close by at the Rochusmarkt. Only negatives. Some instructions explaining how to work heating etc in the apartment, along with some local information would be useful. "

"The location is excellent. Walkable to the Museum Quarter and the state opera house as well as other attractions in the city centre. Train station with convenient service to the airport is also a short walk away. Overall the comfort is first rate but there is little provision for relaxing other than the dining table chairs and one chair in the bedroom. A very workable kitchen. A broken faucet mount was annoying but did not affect function. "
