We loved the big windows :) It was difficult to figure out how to get into the apartment, we needed assistance from the neighbour as we did not hear back from the owner even though we messaged them … that is our only negative remark…. Other than that perfect little apartment !! Awesome view too !! "

"The place wasn't even a hotel room but a small studio apartment that was rented out and not yet done with renovations. The door of our room had a letter "A" written in pen, taped on it, not even a proper room number. There were wires hanging out of a wall , some random furniture pieces, a queen bed, and a pullout couch that could only fit a child under 10. This space was presented as fitting 3 adults and 1 child. The boiler, about 8-10 feet from the ground needed to be rebooted to provide hot...

"The Schloss Suite is Spectacular. Full with history and all comfort needed. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen (really full equipped) and dining room. Everything is just perfect. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is in the Parkhotel and is very good. There is an elevator you can use all the time and just about 15 steps to the suite. The whole stay was nothing to compare with. Strongly recommend this suite."

"People in charge told me there would be a cleaning fee. Never did Hotels.com mentioned that. They kept texting me about that. If I wanted to pay cleaning fees I would rent through another platform"

"This place was about as tacky a place I've ever stayed in. Wall paper and various facades for wall coverings were coming unpeeled, the flooring being uneven at each bedroom had everyone tripping left and right, the main bathroom smelled like sewage, and when I asked about help with WiFi that didn't work throughout our stay, the person at reception shrugged his shoulders and said, "sorry man." Great location but couldn't wait to leave this unit. "
