When I arrived, I was so confused how I was going to even enter the building and tried contacting them so many times to no avail. "Beautiful large room .Very clean. Good instructions regarding use of access codes. The room faced main road but this was fine gjven double glazed windows + shutters. Very close to underground station taking one into town. In summary I would certainly stay again at "Sissi West""
