"The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was great (other than the odd headboards with the leather bump outs that made it hard to just sit up in bed). The shower was so nice. The breakfast was good with hot food. It is right next to a great little town that has good food as well you can walk too. This hotel is not close to Munich and caters to the corporations that surround it. You should probably rent a car if you stay here and want to go into Munich often. A taxi ride is about $100 to the center of town each way."

"I wanted hot water for tea and I have to go to the front desk which was across from my building. Not convenient. The bathroom was not very clean. When I lay down to sleep there were crumbs on the bed and that was my first night. Obviously it wasn’t changed. We were so tired from traveling and my husband was already asleep."

"Hotel was very clean. Staff were warm and welcoming. The eas a small misunderstanding during check in being told we did not need the parking ticket to leave the parking lot which is in fact not the case. The lady handling check out in the morning was very nice, friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was understaffed given the amount of business during both breakfast and dinner. There shouod be more staff in thebrestaurant during both meal periods. The food was great and well prepared. Typical European breakfast in Germany. The breakfast buffet could be enhnaced with more selection for value. Hot food items were not hot. Ample parking is available for €20.00 overnight and no multiple entry and exit allowed. The hotel would benefit from a renovation. We were surprised that a courtyard room with a window did not have a screen on the window to prevent unwanted insects in the room at night. Bed was very comfortable with nice sheets. Shower control a little confusing initially. Great location close to the airport and an esso gas station for filling up. Easy to locate. I would return and stay there again."
