It extends over 3 levels and has underfloor heating. Enjoy meals together at the long dining table and relax in the communal pool in the basement of the house.

The location of the house invites you to enjoy city life as well as to explore nature with numerous lakes. You can hire a boat, go swimming or play beach volleyball on the beach. You can also enjoy nature by hiking, walking and cycling. Admire Schwerin's impressive architecture, visit the castle, several museums and the zoo.
