With direct access to the beach and the sea, the house is located in an oasis of peace, surrounded by fruit trees and an ancient vineyard in a land of 6500 square meters.
Recently renovated, Villa Memoria dell'Acqua, is designed to accommodate families with children as well as small weddings or yoga retreats. You will enjoy pleasant moments of pure relaxation by the pool and spend cheerful evenings grilling in company.
The spacious shaded verandahs, the barbecue, the garden, the playground for children, the table tennis, are some of the outdoor spaces where you will spend your holiday.
The interiors are spacious, bright and functional and will guarantee all comforts and a relaxing stay.
The villa consists of a structure with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and two dependances with two other triple rooms with private bathroom.
From October to May, we offer a discount for groups of up to 6 people with pleasure.
The villa has two entrances, one of which from the beach.
Wide parking spaces on the property.

Fantastic Location

We loved staying at Villa La Memoria dell'Acqua! Our hosts were gracious and greeted us with a welcome cake and bottle of wine. The house was perfect for our two families of 4 each. There is a barbecue area. Two kitchens, a new ping pong table. The pool area is well equipped with 11 pool loungers. There is a private access to the beach which is very sandy and shallow without much dropoff and very private with very little people. There is also a little beach storage shed with chairs and other beach items. A perfect location for day trips to surrounding towns. Scicli is very close with great restaurants and the neighboring beach town has a number of restaurants too. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals, the house is well appointed with attention to detail. Beds are comfortable too. There is aircon in every room. We will definitely be back!

Recomendación “Villa Memoria del Acua”-Melina Conti Después de nuestro viaje Familiar y estar en “ La Villa La Memoria del Agua “ sólo puedo albergar un sentimiento: mi absoluta declaración de amor por Sicilia Posiblemente no exista el lugar perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones. Su localización frente al Mar Mediterráneo en la isla de Sicilia, donnalucata. Al llegar al lugar nuestra hospedera, Melina, nos hizo una cálida recibida y estuvo presente para guiarnos por todas las amenidades. De la Villa y cómo usar apropiadamente todos los recursos disponibles, no solo en la casa sino en la comunidad, la Villa estuvo mejor de lo esperado, la decoración , las habitaciones climatizadas, las cocinas, si no ha entendido bien si hay dos cocinas completamente equipadas para poder alojar una gran reunión familiar, el barbecue, la piscina, pero lo mas bello de todo es su salida directamente al Mar Mediterráneo, azul turquesa de aguas transparentes, salpicados de unas olas que hacen la experiencia muy divertida. Además está el encanto que envuelve cualquier pueblo, el camino entre olivos al Mediterráneo, cada matiz que podamos observar en las cosas que ofrece la seductora visualidad de la Villa, donde uno encuentra matices de la historia de Sicilia, el mar, la pesca, el arte medieval, la religión o la simple vida cotidiana de los sicilianos. Melina tuvo a nuestra disposicion juegos de arena y lo mejor de todo la pelota de soccer que hizo nuestra experiencia aún más divertida. Gracies

Willa jest piękna. Stylowa, bardzo czysta i komfortowa. Wokół piękny ogród, duży teren na własny użytek. Właściciele bardzo zaangażowani, troszczyli się jeśli mieliśmy jakiś problem - ze względu na wiatry prąd nam wyłączyli i Melina z mężem stanęli na wysokości zadania- wypożyczyli ogromny agregat żeby znowu wszystko działało :) Niestety nam pogoda nie dopisała - byliśmy w maju i bardzo wiało i dużo padał deszcz. Jednak sama Sycylia nas urzekła i mamy wielką ochotę tam wrócić :)

Das schönste Ferienhaus das wir bis jetzt hatten.Die Aufteilung des Hauses, für uns 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder war perfekt.Ausgezeichnete Gastgeber !!!!!!!! Der wunderschöne Strand ist direkt am Haus und wirklich sehr einsam.Erholung pur ! Sehr ruhige Lage, grosses eingezäuntes Grundstück,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5min.Entfernung. Super schönes Ferienhaus am Strand

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben sich um alles gekümmert! Wir haben zusammen mit Familie und Freunden einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub in der Villa verbracht. Am besten kommt man aber mit dem Auto her, da die nächst größere Stadt Scicli etwa 10-15 Minuten entfernt ist.

Wonderful place

The property is actually better than the pictures. There’s a short walk on a private path to the beach (200 meter?). And the beach is clean, with fine sand - good for all natural beach activities. A large supermarket is 2 min drive away where we could buy everything we needed. Bedrooms are large, kitchen well equipped.

super sizilen ferien haus

das haus von Melina war super für einen Urlaub mit 3 Familien und Kinder/Teenager. Den direkten zugang zum Strand war perfekt, der Strand sauber und schön, wenig bis keine grosse Gebaüde. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr praktisch da auf 2 Gebäude verteilt. Beim Schlechten Wetter etwas zu kleinen Aufenthaltmöglichkeit. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen das Haus gerne! Jerome

La casa è stupenda, pulita e con tutti i confort, tutto rispecchia perfettamente quanto indicato nella descrizione. Fantastische Villa für unseren Familien-Urlaub

Für unsere Familie von 8 Personen (6-70 Jahre) war es der perfekte Urlaub! Bereits von der ersten Anfrage an, fühlten wir uns gut aufgehoben. Dieser Service ging auch bei der Ankunft gleich weiter, als wir von Melina, Sandra und Guglielmo herzlichst begrüßt wurden. Sogar einen Empfangskorb mit typisch sizialinischen Produkten und selbstgebackenen Süßigkeiten gab es. Dieser Rundum-Service ging auch während des Aufenthalts weiter: unsere Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet, bei Problemen (wir bekamen eine Tür nicht auf und bei Starkregen lief Wasser ins Haus) war innerhalb kürzester Zeit Hilfe vor Ort und auch bei unseren Unternehmungen waren die Tips Gold wert (Kitesurfen: es wurde ein Trainer vermittelt; Essen gehen: die Restaurant-Tips waren super und reserviert wurde auch für uns, Supermärkte, Ausflugstips etc.). Unterkunft: Es ist eine typisch italienische Villa mit mehr als ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten für uns. Die Bäder waren alle modern eingerichtet. Besonders positiv ist uns die Sauberkeit der gesamten Anlage aufgefallen. Es gibt tatsächlich 2 voll funktionsfähige Küchen und alles was wir benötigten war vorhanden (Toaster, Kaffeemaschine + 2 Kaffeevollautomaten, Milchschäumer, Teekocher...). Mittlerweile wurde auch ein geschlossener Wohn-/Essraum geschaffen (Verglasung), so dass wir bei Regen gemütlich drinnen sitzen konnten. Das Beste waren aber sicherlich der sehr saubere Pool sowie der wirklich herrliche Sandstrand, den wir meist für uns alleine hatten. Wir hoffen, wir können bald einmal wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für Alles!

We had a great time!

We had THE BEST time at this house. As a party of 8 including our 6 yr old granddaughter, we found the accommodations fully suited our needs. We especially enjoyed the pool (clean AND the perfect temperature!) as well as the private access to our own beach where my children and granddaughter spent most of our vacation. My granddaughter particularly enjoyed clamming (with a rake provided by our hosts) in the shallow water and collected enough clams for our dinner. Some of our neighbors, who were experienced clam diggers, gave us lessons in efficient clam raking technique - they were much more successful, but we had more fun. The house itself was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably, especially since we had really hot weather and spent our whole time outside. There is no indoor living room, although there are two kitchens. The air conditioning was more than adequate in the bedrooms and everyone slept comfortably. The bathrooms and outdoor shower were great and we never ran out of hot water. The pool was very popular for day and nighttime swimming as it was very warm. The house has several fruit trees on the well fenced property allowing our granddaughter to roam and provide us with unlimited fresh figs - they were delicious. The kitchen(s) were well equipped and were fine for preparing breakfast, lunches and a few dinners on the barbecue. There are nearby supermarkets, fish markets, bakeries as well as pharmacies. Don’t miss the Cannoli in Sicily, they are nothing like what you have eaten at home. BTW in Sicily, it’s Cannolo NOT Cannoli. Also, the local wines are very good and very reasonably priced. Drink a lot of water - it’s hot. Most of all, everyone from our hosts to the neighbors to the shopkeepers and clerks, were friendly and welcoming. Our hosts were easily accessible and more than willing to share their in-depth local knowledge and contacts. They were extremely helpful when one of our group got a little sick. He was sent to the Emergency Room in Modica where the owners sent a friend to check on him. The friend knew the nurse in charge - our friend was treated like royalty. He’s fine. There are many restaurants and beach clubs in the area that serve great food and can provide diversions for the family. Suggest you seek out the “no traffic” streets of Scicli’s old town for its' shops and restaurants. Go wandering. Maybe you’ll run into a shoot of Inspector Brunetti - we did.

Super Villa für unseren (Mehr-)Familienurlaub

Kurzversion: Extrem schöne Villa mit super Service die ich nur weiterempfehlen kann. Wir freuen uns schon, in Zukunft nochmals hinzufahren! Langversion: Das Grundstück und die Villa waren in schönem mediterranem Landhausstil gehalten. Küchen und Bäder waren modern, voll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es gibt im Außenbereich sehr viele Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, teils überdacht, teils mit kleinen Pavilions. Zusätzlich gibt es 2 kleine Teiche, einer mit Springbrunnen von einem Kräutergarten umgeben. Wir waren insgesamt 3 Gruppen (meine Familie mit Frau und 2 Kindern), eine weitere Familie mit 1 Kind und 2 Omas unserer Familie. Jede Gruppe hatte eine abgetrennte Wohneinheit mit eigenen Badezimmern. Wir fanden besonders gut: -SUPER SERVICE! Am ersten Tag (SONNTAG) ist mir aufgefallen, dass 2 Abflüsse nicht gut funktionieren, ich habe eine Whatsappnachricht an die Managerin geschrieben und innerhalb 15 Minuten war jemand da, der das Problem angegangen ist. Auch bei allen weiteren Fragen die man so haben konnte (wo ist der beste Markt, wo sollen wir Antipasti kaufen, wo gibt es gutes selbstgemachtes Eis, sind die Läden morgen offen etc. etc.) habe ich innerhalb von 1 Stunde eine hilfreiche Antwort bekommen. -Grundstück ist von einer Mauer mit hohen Toren umgeben, die Kinder durften relativ frei rumlaufen und spielen, ohne dass man sich Sorgen machen musste. -man hatte direkten Zugang zu einem sehr schönen Sandstrand auf dem eigentlich überhaupt nichts los war (wir waren allerdings auch etwas für Sommersaisonbeginn da). -Lebensmittelläden sind auch zu Fuss erreichbar. -Es gibt mehrere Obstbäume auf dem Grundstück von denen man sich bedienen darf. -Poolreinigung komm sehr häufig (ich glaube fast täglich) Nachteile: -wir hatten einen Regentag an dem es geschüttet und gestürmt hat. Wenn man den Außenbereich nicht verwenden kann, ist man etwas eingeschränkt. Es gibt zwar schon eine Küche/Esszimmer, in der alle anwesenden Platz hatten, aber ein richtiges Wohnzimmer in dem Sinne fehlt. -Die Umgebung ist sehr landwirtschaftlich geprägt, es stehen überall die langen Gemüsegewächshäuser rum.
