The generous holiday house is on an extensive plot of land in quiet surroundings, just a short distance from the sea.
The living room and the kitchen open onto the terrace with a pergola, where you can dine outdoors. The outside area includes a big, well-tended garden (1500m²) with a grill and a private pool of 70m² (depth ca. 1.40m), offering a good view. All around there are sun loungers and seating groups, inviting you to relax. There are private parking spaces on site.
It comprises two floors. You enter into a spacious living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, with an adjoining dining room. These rooms flooded with light represent the centrepiece of the holiday house. The ground floor also has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space and two spacious double bedrooms. Wooden stairs lead upstairs, where there are three further generous bedrooms. The total of five bedrooms each has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and their own bathroom with a shower and WC. Bed linen and hand towels are included. From the outside the stone house renovated in 2015 is rustic, but inside it is highly modern and provides all the necessary comfort. Traditional elements such as exposed walls and wooden beams combine harmoniously with the high-quality and elegant interior décor. All the rooms have air conditioning. Free Internet access is available.
There are shopping facilities four kilometres away in Scicli and Sampieri. The house is only four kilometres from the sea and the nearest beach. It is about 125km to Catania beach.
