"Good location, friendly staff, great breakfast. Hotel website is misleading - we booked Deluxe room but was allocated room 904 which is indicated on website as cheaper Superior room, there was no view of St Matthew hill as claimed, the room was noisy (ac/heating and next door shower) not silent as claimed. Laundry service was also not available over the Easter holiday weekend. En-suite had wc flush leak and damaged shower enclosure that were not fixed during our stay. Issues were raised but...
